Making a clear boundary between work and home

So many of us are now working from home at the moment in these strange times.  What are some tips to help you to make it work?

-set a clear boundary between work and family time.  (this only applies to those who are not looking after small children at the same time!)

-identify when you are most productive – this might be the chance to use it in a way you can’t if you normally work regular office hours, if, for instance you are a night owl

-be clear to colleagues about the times when you are or are not available

-set a work schedule with definite non-work times

-take regular breaks to walk about, stretch and go outside if you can

-develop a routine to move from work to out-of-work and vice versa

-make sure you have uninterrupted time with your family
