Any successful organisation needs to have motivated staff who are working towards achieving their full potential.  I can provide advice and assistance in planning an effective career management strategy to support this.  This might involve identifying current career paths,  gaining employees’ views on how well they feel able to meet their own aspirations within the organisation, identifying new possibilities for career paths, vertical, horizontal or otherwise, delivering career management workshops for employees to help them take responsibility for their career or designing processes to support employees in managing their career.
