Downsizing advice and outplacement

I can advise on how to plan for downsizing in a way which:

–    communicates what is happening clearly

–    is seen as fair by employees

–    supports the leavers

–    maintains the morale of the stayers.

I also provide career counselling and job search  coaching to employees whose jobs have been made redundant. This might involve running job search workshops for groups of employees, or providing coaching for individuals, or a mixture of both.
