This notice applies to the use of personal information gathered by Heather McArthur of Raeburn Career Coaching.
When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form.
Should you become a coaching client I will collect, review and store personal information about you such as name, address and personal information discussed during our coaching sessions. By agreeing to the coaching agreement I will email to you at the start of our work together you consent to me holding and using your data to fulfil the obligations I have made to work with you in developing your career.
I am committed to safeguarding your personal information and comply with current data protection legislation including GDPR. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

I will retain your information on my system until you request that I delete it in which case I will delete all the information I hold about you.
